Our client has already established a pipeline local to the Indianapolis area through the next 3 years, and they are looking to continue rapidly growing setting themselves up to be one of the premier general contractors in the state.Job DescriptionServe as the on-site field leader, present dailyCollaborate directly with clients throughout all phases of constructionSupport the launch and growth of the Indianapolis divisionParticipate in preconstruction planning and coordinationManage trades and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule adherenceMaintain daily logs and upload site photos using ProcoreEnsure the job site is clean, organized, and safe at the end of each dayCreate and manage a 3-6 week look-ahead scheduleDevelop and implement daily and weekly site plans and proceduresMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
