With a track record of success, our client is committed to shaping the future landscape of commercial developments.Job DescriptionProject Execution & Site ManagementOversee all on-site construction activities from ground-up through project completion for warehouse and distribution facility builds.Coordinate daily operations of subcontractors, vendors, and workforce to ensure efficient progress.Develop and manage short-term and long-term construction schedules in collaboration with Project Managers.Ensure all work aligns with drawings, specifications, and contract documents.Safety & ComplianceEnforce strict adherence to safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company standards.Conduct daily jobsite safety meetings, inspections, and incident investigations.Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site.Quality ControlMonitor construction quality and ensure work meets design specifications and client expectations.Conduct inspections and coordinate with third-party inspectors as needed.Maintain punch lists and ensure timely resolution of deficiencies.Scheduling & CoordinationLead weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.Identify and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, or field issues.Coordinate site logistics, including deliveries, equipment usage, and site access.Cost Control & ReportingAssist in tracking project budgets, change orders, and progress.Provide daily/weekly progress reports to project management and stakeholders.Identify potential cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, inspectors, and design teams.Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and internal teams.Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones effectively.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
