They have a strong network of repeat business because of the results they deliver.Job DescriptionDirect and oversee all field construction activities from project start through completion.Coordinate and manage all on-site work based on existing field conditions.Schedule and communicate work activities with subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.Ensure project execution complies with contract documents, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.Lead and organize subcontractor coordination and progress meetings.Monitor project milestones and assist with schedule development and updates.Provide accurate and timely daily reports documenting project progress, workforce activity, safety observations, and site conditions.Support Request for Information (RFI) management by identifying issues, coordinating responses, and tracking resolution.Maintain proactive communication with project managers, owners, consultants, facility representatives, and subcontractors.Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project schedules and minimize disruptions.Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable regulations and project-specific requirements.Foster a collaborative and professional jobsite environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
