Superintendent - Institutional Construction

• Direct and oversee all field construction activities from project start through completion.
• Coordinate and manage all on-site work based on existing field conditions.
• Schedule and communicate work activities with subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.
• Ensure project execution complies with contract documents, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Lead and organize subcontractor coordination and progress meetings.
• Monitor project milestones and assist with schedule development and updates.
• Provide accurate and timely daily reports documenting project progress, workforce activity, safety observations, and site conditions.
• Support Request for Information (RFI) management by identifying issues, coordinating responses, and tracking resolution.
• Maintain proactive communication with project managers, owners, consultants, facility representatives, and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project schedules and minimize disruptions.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable regulations and project-specific requirements.
• Foster a collaborative and professional jobsite environment.
