Job Description

The Superintendent - Interiors Construction - Hartford will be responsible for:

  • Manage all day-to-day site operations and field activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site logistics
  • Drive project schedules and ensure timely completion
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance
  • Perform quality control inspections and ensure work meets plans/specs
  • Lead site meetings and communicate progress updates
  • Work closely with Project Managers to resolve issues
  • Maintain detailed site documentation, reports, and punch lists
  • Step in hands-on where necessary to keep projects moving

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - Interiors Construction - Hartford will ideally have:

  • 4-5+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience
  • Retail or fast-track commercial construction experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage tight schedules and multiple trades
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable travelling between job sites
  • Self-motivated and effective in a fast-paced environment
