Job Description

  • Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety requirements.
  • Enforce job‑site safety policies to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Monitor project timelines, resolve issues, and proactively mitigate delays.
  • Communicate with clients, project managers, and team members to provide status updates and address concerns.
