Superintendent - K-12 Construction - Worcester, MA

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure that materials and equipment are available and properly utilized on-site.
• Lead and participate in construction meetings to communicate updates and address concerns.
• Identify potential risks or delays and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment among all team members on-site.
