Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project completion
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and daily scheduling
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
  • Enforce strict safety compliance and quality control standards
  • Coordinate inspections, permits, and field operations
  • Work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays or cost impacts
  • Maintain accurate and consistent progress reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up K-12 or large-scale commercial projects ($20M+)
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site management
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Georgia
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades on complex job sites
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality
