Superintendent - K-12 Construction

• Manage daily operations on K-12 construction project sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
• Oversee site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any potential issues proactively.
• Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and change orders.
• Resolve on-site challenges effectively, ensuring minimal disruptions to project timelines.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among all project stakeholders.
