Job Description

  • Lead daily field operations on ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+.
  • Manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and quality control.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
  • Partner closely with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners to drive project success.
  • Conduct site meetings, progress updates, and field inspections throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • Oversee project documentation, punch list completion, and final project turnover.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and company safety requirements.
  • Foster a positive jobsite culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing ground-up construction projects.
  • Proven experience managing projects valued at $20 million or greater.
  • Background working on multifamily, healthcare, library, K-12, or higher education projects.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage schedules, budgets, and project execution in a fast-paced environment.
