They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to serve as the field leader on complex projects, acting as the primary representative of the construction team while fostering strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and key project stakeholders.Job DescriptionManage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.Coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, and self-perform crews.Develop and manage project schedules to ensure key milestones are achieved.Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.Oversee site logistics, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.Maintain and enforce jobsite safety requirements.Coordinate inspections and oversee quality control.Complete daily reports, progress reports, and required field documentation.Work closely with the Project Manager throughout construction.Support punch-list completion, final inspections, and project closeout.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
