Job Description

  • Lead all on‑site construction activities for ground‑up healthcare and K‑12 education projects
  • Manage subcontractors, site teams, and daily operations from mobilization through closeout
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone deadlines are achieved
  • Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate work in accordance with healthcare standards, school district requirements, and local codes
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and adherence to plans and specifications
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, inspectors, and public stakeholders
  • Manage site logistics, phasing, and construction in active or adjacent occupied environments when required
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing ground‑up healthcare and/or K‑12 education projects
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, inspections, and school district requirements preferred
  • Experience working in phased or occupied environments is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
