This Superintendent position offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing portfolio spanning healthcare, education, life sciences, industrial, retail, and historic projects.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities for a major K-12 school renovation project in Washington, DC.Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, scheduling, logistics, and site coordination.Ensure project milestones, budget objectives, safety standards, and quality expectations are achieved.Coordinate with project management teams, design professionals, owners, and trade partners throughout construction.Drive proactive planning and problem-solving to maintain project schedules and minimize disruptions.Maintain a strong focus on safety, site cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.The Superintendent will oversee renovation work including school reconfiguration, MEP system upgrades, roofing replacement, and green roof installation.The Superintendent will play a key role in delivering a high-quality LEED-certified educational facility.Successful Superintendents will contribute to the firm's reputation for technical rigor, operational excellence, and client service.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
