Job Description



Field Leadership & Execution

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and daily jobsite operations.
  • Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards.



Scheduling & Coordination

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including short-term look-ahead plans.
  • Sequence trades effectively to maintain workflow and avoid delays.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align field and project goals.



Quality Control

  • Monitor workmanship to ensure high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address deficiencies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress and issues.



Safety Management

  • Enforce strict safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site audits.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-15+ years of construction field experience.
  • At least 3+ years as a Superintendent on commercial projects.
  • Experience with K-12, higher education, municipal, or light commercial projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and jobsite logistics.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain jobsite productivity.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Total Compensation: $105,000 - $135,000
