Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on custom home projects ranging from high-end renovations to ground-up luxury estates.Job DescriptionOur Superintendent will be responsible for:Leading all field operations from site mobilization through final completion and homeowner turnover.Managing ground-up custom luxury homes, estate renovations, and architecturally significant residential projects throughout Los Angeles.Overseeing daily construction activities while maintaining schedule, quality, and safety objectives.Developing and managing short-term and long-term project schedules.Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and design teams throughout construction.Managing site logistics, inspections, permitting requirements, and project sequencing.Overseeing installation of luxury finishes, custom millwork, specialty materials, and high-end residential systems.Conducting quality control inspections to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and adherence to design intent.Leading subcontractor meetings and maintaining accountability across all trades.Identifying and resolving field issues proactively to maintain project schedules and budget objectives.Managing project punch lists, commissioning activities, and final turnover to ownership.Serving as the primary field representative while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
