With a strong project pipeline and regional growth plans, they offer a collaborative culture, accessible leadership, and long-term career opportunities.Job DescriptionManage day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects ranging from approximately $2M to $20M.Oversee project schedules, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and quality control.Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, design teams, and trade partners to ensure successful project delivery.Lead construction activities within hospitality, retail, automotive, life science, academic, corporate interiors, and other commercial sectors.Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve field-related issues.Maintain project documentation and communication using construction management tools and best practices.Ensure all work meets company safety standards, client expectations, and project milestones.Report directly to a Senior Superintendent and work closely with the broader project team.Travel to project sites throughout New England as required, with opportunities to support projects outside the local market.Support a growing portfolio of projects including automotive dealerships, hospitality developments, and defense-related work.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantMust-Have Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.Stable work history with demonstrated project tenure and limited employment gaps.Experience managing commercial projects valued between $2M and $20M.Strong knowledge of field operations, subcontractor management, scheduling, and jobsite safety.OSHA 30 certification.Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL).Ability and willingness to travel throughout the region as needed.Residence within the North Shore of Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, or Maine preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience in hospitality, retail, and automotive construction projects.Exposure to defense, life science, academic, or corporate interior projects.LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification.Experience using construction management software such as Procore and related technologies.What's on OfferJoin a company experiencing significant growth, with nine newly awarded projects and a strong backlog of work.Work on a diverse mix of high-visibility commercial projects across multiple sectors.Competitive compensation package with a target salary range of $125,000 to $145,000+ based on experience.Excellent benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, vehicle allowance, and mileage reimbursement.Opportunity to earn additional compensation for travel assignments, including project incentives and per diem supportInterested?
