With an award-winning culture, strong employee retention, and a commitment to professional growth, they've built a reputation as one of the region's most respected builders.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Large-Scale Community - Washington, D.C. will be responsible for:Manage all day-to-day field operations on ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+.Lead subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.Maintain project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety compliance.Conduct site meetings and coordinate construction activities with project stakeholders.Enforce OSHA safety standards and promote a culture of workplace safety.Proactively identify and resolve field challenges to keep projects on track.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.Collaborate closely with project management staff throughout the construction lifecycle.Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, and field communications.Mentor and develop field staff while fostering a collaborative jobsite environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
