Superintendent - lead a $45M Ground Up project!

• Oversee all aspects of the $45M ground-up construction project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain efficient workflows.
• Monitor construction progress and address potential delays or challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality assurance and control.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project managers, to provide updates and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in construction management.
