Superintendent - Life Science - Boston, MA

The Superintendent - Life Sciences will:

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
• Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure alignment on budgets and timelines
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a strong culture of job site safety
• Coordinate inspections, materials, and logistics for efficient workflow
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs and reports
• Resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and stakeholders
