Superintendent - Life Science - North Shore

The Superintendent - Lifescience will:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for efficient project execution.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations proactively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, providing updates on milestones and challenges.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence among all project participants.
