With a strong backlog of upcoming work and hands-on leadership involvement, they offer the stability of an established contractor combined with the flexibility and accessibility of a smaller organization.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities for ground-up and renovation projects.Manage project schedules, subcontractors, safety compliance, and site logistics.Serve as the primary on-site representative, maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.Coordinate daily with project management teams, ownership, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution.Direct and mentor Assistant Superintendents while fostering a collaborative jobsite culture.Utilize Procore and Microsoft Project to manage project documentation, scheduling, and reporting.Maintain quality control standards and drive projects to successful completion.Ensure all work is performed safely while upholding company and regulatory safety standards.Manage projects throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, and Southern New Hampshire.Collaborate closely with company leadership, who remain actively involved in project support and decision-making.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
