Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project close-out
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain productivity and quality
  • Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are met
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure full compliance on-site
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
  • Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
  • Identify and resolve field issues quickly to avoid delays

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up light industrial projects
  • Strong understanding of site logistics, scheduling, and construction methods
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple trades and fast-paced project environments
  • Committed to safety, quality, and efficient execution
  • OSHA certification preferred
