Job Description



  • Operational Leadership: Drive all daily field activities, prioritizing a culture of safety and operational efficiency.


  • Trade Coordination: Orchestrate subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews to ensure seamless schedule execution and alignment.


  • Quality & Documentation: Execute rigorous daily site inspections and quality control audits while maintaining precise progress records.


  • Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate on-site meetings with owners, inspectors, and project teams to ensure transparent communication.


  • Site Stewardship: Uphold company excellence by maintaining a highly organized, professional, and clean jobsite environment.


  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and resolve field challenges immediately to prevent project delays.


  • Technical Oversight: Analyze blueprints and specifications to identify potential conflicts and implement coordinated solutions.


  • Logistics Management: Oversee the lifecycle of site materials, from tracking deliveries to verifying accurate installation.


  • Safety Advocacy: Champion company safety protocols and lead regular "toolbox talks" to ensure a zero-incident environment.


  • Project Completion: Direct the final phases of construction, including punch-list management and successful owner turnover.

The Successful Applicant



  • Industry Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on field leadership within the commercial or light industrial sectors.


  • Proven Management: A track record of successfully directing subcontractors and streamlining daily jobsite operations.


  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and complex project sequencing.


  • Interpersonal Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with owners, architects, and field personnel.


  • Professionalism & Ownership: A high level of personal accountability and a composed demeanor when managing fast-paced, high-stakes environments.


  • Safety Credentials: OSHA 30-hour certification is required (or a commitment to completing the certification upon hire).
