With a strong backlog and stable leadership, they offer a collaborative, people-first culture with long-term career growth opportunities.Job DescriptionField Leadership & ExecutionLead all on-site construction operations from mobilization through project completion.Manage subcontractors, vendors, and daily jobsite activities.Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.Scheduling & CoordinationDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and short-term look-ahead plans.Coordinate trade sequencing across multiple disciplines, including structural, mechanical, and specialty systems.Partner closely with Project Managers to align field execution with project timelines and budgets.Industrial / Technical Project ExecutionOversee construction in environments such as:Food & beverage or manufacturing facilitiesProcessing or production spacesCommercial and specialty-use buildingsManage complex installations involving mechanical, electrical, and process systems (as applicable).MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
