About Our Client

Our client is a well-established, employee-focused commercial construction firm with a strong presence across the Southeast. The organization specializes in large-scale industrial developments including logistics facilities, cold storage environments, data centers, and tilt-wall construction projects. This Superintendent opportunity offers the chance to lead significant ground-up projects ranging from approximately 200,000 to over 1 million square feet while working with an experienced leadership team.

Job Description

  • Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with project management teams.
  • Conduct daily site meetings and enforce all safety regulations and best practices.
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve field issues.
  • Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and punch list completion.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up industrial construction projects.
  • Experience with logistics warehouses, distribution centers, cold storage facilities, tilt-wall construction, or data center projects.
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects from approximately 200,000 square feet to 1.5 million square feet.
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, safety, and quality control.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard construction technology and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the East Coast region as required.
