Job Description

Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
  • Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to address project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement and delivery of materials to ensure timely project completion.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
