Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations from project start through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, self-perform crews, vendors, inspections, and scheduling activities
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to company quality standards
  • Lead site meetings and maintain strong communication with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors
  • Manage multiple trades and moving parts within compressed project schedules
  • Proactively identify and solve field issues in real time
  • Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Drive project momentum while maintaining strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
  • Ground-up commercial construction experience required
  • Ability to manage fast-paced projects with compressed schedules
  • Strong understanding of site work, utilities, concrete, and field coordination preferred
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Stable career history demonstrating reliability and long-term commitment
