Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will take full ownership of on‑site delivery, reporting to a Senior Superintendent or Project Executive while partnering closely with Project Management.

  • Lead day‑to‑day field operations on K‑12, education, and municipal projects
  • Manage site safety, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor coordination
  • Drive project schedules to meet milestone and completion targets
  • Oversee inspections, compliance, and local authority coordination
  • Maintain clear communication with project teams and internal leadership
  • Champion company processes, technology, and best practices in the field
  • Represent the contractor professionally with owners, inspectors, and partners
