Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will report directly to senior operations leadership and play a critical role in delivering technically complex projects safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

  • Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through close‑out
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and daily site operations
  • Enforce safety programs and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and design teams
  • Drive quality control and resolve field issues proactively
  • Maintain accurate reporting on progress, risks, and milestones
  • Represent the company professionally with clients and repeat partners

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent role we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on healthcare, medical office, Class A office, or higher education projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods across ground‑up and complex interiors
  • Experience working for a commercial general contractor
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast‑paced schedules
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency with construction technology such as Procore or similar platforms
