Job Description

The Superintendent will report into senior operations leadership and take ownership of on-site delivery across healthcare and medical office projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

  • Lead day-to-day field operations across healthcare interior projects
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to ensure timely delivery
  • Ensure strict compliance with healthcare-specific safety and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
  • Drive quality control and maintain high standards of workmanship
  • Conduct site meetings, reporting, and progress updates
  • Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges to minimize delays

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience delivering healthcare interior projects ($3M+)
  • Background working on hospitals, outpatient facilities, or medical office buildings
  • Experience with established general contractors or large national firms preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and scheduling
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced project timelines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools
