They are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent for a local Kansas City project, but then open to Midwest travel after.Job DescriptionManage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet project milestones.Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards.Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs.Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.Travel frequently to various project sites as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
