They are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent for a local Kansas City project, but then open to Midwest travel after.Job DescriptionManage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction teams to maintain project quality and safety standards.Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.Monitor and enforce site safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all team members.Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and clients to provide updates on progress and address any issues.Oversee the scheduling and delivery of materials and equipment to maintain project timelines.Conduct inspections to ensure work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with project specifications.Resolve any on-site issues or delays effectively and efficiently.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
