Job Description

Oversee all phases of luxury home construction from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams, ensuring timely project delivery.
Monitor site activities daily to ensure safety, compliance, and quality control.
Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
Maintain consistent communication with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to address concerns and ensure their vision is realized.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet luxury standards.
Resolve any site-related issues that arise, minimizing delays and ensuring smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in high-end luxury residential construction.
Strong knowledge of custom homebuilding processes, high-end finishes, and complex design elements.
8K sqaure feet Luxury Home project completion experience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of delivering luxury residential projects on time and within budget.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Palm Beach and Martin County.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
