• Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety standards are upheld.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
• Review project plans and specifications, addressing any discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress and challenges.
• Ensure quality control throughout all phases of construction.
• Monitor budgets and expenses, reporting on project financials as required.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
