Job Description

  • Provide on-site leadership for industrial and manufacturing construction projects, driving safe execution, schedule adherence, and quality performance from start to finish.
  • Oversee and direct subcontractors and trade partners in the field to ensure work progresses efficiently and meets project milestones.
  • Promote and enforce safety policies, quality expectations, and contractual requirements across all construction activities.
  • Address field challenges as they arise, working closely with project teams to develop solutions and maintain project momentum.
  • Act as the lead field representative with owners, inspectors, consultants, and trade partners, fostering strong communication and successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience overseeing large-scale manufacturing and cold storage construction projects with a strong understanding of field operations and construction practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and subcontractors while promoting safety, quality, and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial construction safety requirements, regulations, and jobsite compliance standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills with the ability to resolve complex field issues and maintain project schedules.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and coordination skills with experience working closely with owners, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
