Job Description

  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, keeping projects on schedule and within budget
  • Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep everything moving smoothly
  • Maintain a strong focus on site safety, ensuring protocols are followed at all times
  • Carry out regular site inspections to uphold quality standards and meet project specifications
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers-keeping communication clear and proactive
  • Track progress through schedules, reports, and documentation
  • Address and resolve on-site challenges quickly to avoid delays
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations

  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems as they come up
  • Strong communication skills when working with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
