Job Description

  • Lead day‑to‑day field operations to meet schedule and productivity targets
  • Coordinate self‑perform trades, subcontractors, and site logistics
  • Enforce safety standards and quality control across all activities
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Collaborate with project leadership to resolve field issues

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 4+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Strong background in carpentry or concrete preferred
  • Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
  • Proven leadership of field teams and trade partners
  • Willingness to travel and work primarily on site
