Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will report directly to senior operations leadership and take full ownership of on‑site delivery from start to finish.

  • Lead day‑to‑day field operations on mixed commercial projects valued at $15M+
  • Manage schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics
  • Drive safety, quality control, and compliance across all trades
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers to maintain budget and timeline
  • Serve as the on‑site point of contact for clients, inspectors, and design teams
  • Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they impact delivery
  • Maintain detailed daily reports and construction documentation

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial or mixed‑use projects
  • Background delivering education, healthcare, municipal, light industrial, or commercial builds
  • Experience leading projects in the $10M-$30M range
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management
  • Working knowledge of construction management software (Procore or similar)
  • A hands‑on, solutions‑driven leadership style with strong communication skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and repeat‑client satisfaction
