Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and site compliance
  • Develop, update, and enforce project schedules
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
  • Ensure quality control and alignment with project plans and specs
  • Lead daily meetings and communicate progress with project teams
  • Identify and resolve field challenges to keep timelines intact
  • Maintain accurate documentation including reports and logs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Mixed Commercial should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Experience in healthcare, retail, K-12, or municipal projects preferred
  • Strong scheduling and coordination capabilities
  • Proven leadership in managing subcontractors and jobsite teams
  • Solid knowledge of construction safety practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to oversee projects throughout the DFW metroplex
