With a strong leadership team, a collaborative culture, and a diverse project portfolio, they offer employees the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing their careers.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will:Lead day-to-day field operations for a $20M+ mixed-use project consisting of 69 residential units over retail space.Manage project schedules and coordinate all on-site construction activities.Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to ensure quality, safety, and productivity goals are achieved.Coordinate with project management teams to maintain budget, schedule, and project objectives.Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve field-related issues.Utilize Procore to manage documentation, communication, and project reporting.Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and company standards.Maintain a safe and organized job site while promoting a positive team environment.Communicate effectively with ownership, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
