Job Description

The Superintendent will:

  • Lead day-to-day field operations for a $20M+ mixed-use project consisting of 69 residential units over retail space.
  • Manage project schedules and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
  • Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to ensure quality, safety, and productivity goals are achieved.
  • Coordinate with project management teams to maintain budget, schedule, and project objectives.
  • Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve field-related issues.
  • Utilize Procore to manage documentation, communication, and project reporting.
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and company standards.
  • Maintain a safe and organized job site while promoting a positive team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with ownership, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5-10+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent or similar field leadership role.
  • Experience managing interior construction projects within Multifamily, Mixed-Use, Retail, Hospitality, Restaurant, Office, or related sectors.
  • Strong scheduling and project coordination capabilities.
  • Experience utilizing Procore or similar construction management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project momentum in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
