Our client is a growing commercial General Contractor delivering projects across both the public and private sectors. Job Description

* Lead day-to-day field operations from site mobilization through project completion.

* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety programs, and quality control activities.

* Conduct site walkthroughs and proactively resolve field issues.

* Partner closely with Project Managers to drive project performance and client satisfaction.

* Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and schedule accountability.

The Successful Applicant

* Experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.

* Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field operations successfully.

* Strong communication skills and confidence making field decisions.

* Positive attitude with a team-first, low-ego approach to leadership.

* Reliable, accountable, and committed to delivering quality projects.
