Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Leading day-to-day on-site operations for ground-up construction projects
  • Overseeing schedules, subcontractors, safety and quality control
  • Coordinating with project management and operations leadership
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification
  • Maintaining a safe, organized and productive jobsite environment
  • Building strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 10 years of superintendent experience on new construction projects
  • Multifamily experienced strong preferred; base-building also considered
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex projects from start to finish
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work across regional project sites as needed
