Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Boston, MA

• Oversee daily operations on multifamily construction sites to ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and labor.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any challenges.
