Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

• Oversee day-to-day operations on multifamily ground-up wood-frame construction sites.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Resolve onsite issues promptly to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
• Lead and mentor construction teams to achieve project goals efficiently
