Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

Field Leadership & Execution

• Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and daily jobsite operations.
• Ensure project execution aligns with plans, specifications, and company standards.

Scheduling & Production

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Drive production across all phases, including framing, MEP rough-in, and finishes.
• Coordinate sequencing of trades across multiple buildings and phases.

Multifamily Project Oversight

• Oversee ground-up multifamily construction including:
  • Garden-style apartment communities
  • Multi-building residential developments
  • Light podium or surface parking configurations
• Manage high-volume unit production and turnover timelines.

Quality Control

• Maintain consistency and quality across all units and buildings.
• Identify and resolve deficiencies proactively.
• Ensure final product meets ownership and resident expectations.
