With a steady pipeline of multifamily projects and expansion into new markets like Knoxville, they offer a highly stable platform with opportunities for long-term growth.Job DescriptionField Leadership & ExecutionManage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and daily jobsite operations.Ensure project execution aligns with plans, specifications, and company standards.Scheduling & ProductionDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and look-ahead plans.Drive production across all phases, including framing, MEP rough-in, and finishes.Coordinate sequencing of trades across multiple buildings and phases.Multifamily Project OversightOversee ground-up multifamily construction including:Garden-style apartment communitiesMulti-building residential developmentsLight podium or surface parking configurationsManage high-volume unit production and turnover timelines.Quality ControlMaintain consistency and quality across all units and buildings.Identify and resolve deficiencies proactively.Ensure final product meets ownership and resident expectations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
