Job Description



Field Leadership & Execution

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and daily jobsite operations.
  • Ensure project execution aligns with plans, specifications, and company standards.



Scheduling & Production

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and look-ahead plans.
  • Drive production across all phases, including framing, MEP rough-in, and finishes.
  • Coordinate sequencing of trades across multiple buildings and phases.



Multifamily Project Oversight

  • Oversee ground-up multifamily construction including:
    • Garden-style apartment communities
    • Multi-building residential developments
    • Light podium or surface parking configurations
  • Manage high-volume unit production and turnover timelines.



Quality Control

  • Maintain consistency and quality across all units and buildings.
  • Identify and resolve deficiencies proactively.
  • Ensure final product meets ownership and resident expectations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-12+ years of construction field experience.
  • 3+ years as a Superintendent on multifamily projects.
  • Experience with:
    • Wood-frame construction
    • Multi-building developments
    • Garden-style or light podium projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and production management.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain schedule performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
