Superintendent - Multifamily Detroit

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues promptly to avoid delays or overruns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
