Job Description

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects in Raleigh.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
  • Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers to achieve client satisfaction and project success.
