Job Description

  • Serve as the Lead Superintendent for a 119-unit hotel-to-workforce housing conversion project in Kittery, Maine.
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule and productivity goals.
  • Manage day-to-day site operations and proactively resolve project challenges.
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication through Procore.
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Partner closely with project leadership and report directly to the project lead.
  • Collaborate with company leadership and field teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in construction.
  • Experience managing renovation or rehabilitation projects.
  • Strong ability to lead field operations and coordinate subcontractors.
  • Experience using Procore or similar construction management software.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Kittery, Maine.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Multifamily renovation experience.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Experience with housing conversions, adaptive reuse, or occupied renovations.
  • Candidates located in Northern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, or Southern Maine.
