Job Description

  • Lead daily onsite operations for multifamily construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Ensure safety compliance and high-quality standards
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve issues proactively
  • Manage material procurement and delivery logistics
  • Collaborate with project managers on schedules and budgets
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
  • Build strong relationships with clients and field teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in multifamily or similar ground-up construction
  • Strong understanding of construction codes, safety, and best practices
  • Skilled in reading blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
  • Local market knowledge and a proactive problem-solving mindset
