Job Description

As Superintendent - Multifamily Construction, you will report into regional operations leadership and take ownership of field execution on major residential projects.

  • Lead day‑to‑day site operations for $40M+ garden‑style multifamily projects
  • Manage subcontractors, site staff, and inspectors to maintain schedule and quality
  • Enforce safety programs and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with project management on sequencing, logistics, and procurement
  • Drive productivity and resolve field issues proactively
  • Oversee inspections, punch lists, and successful project close‑out
  • Act as the on‑site leader representing the contractor with owners and consultants

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - Multifamily Construction we are seeking:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily projects
  • Proven delivery of garden‑style or podium multifamily developments
  • Experience managing projects valued at $40M or above
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics
  • Commitment to safety leadership and quality execution
  • Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Proficiency with construction software and digital reporting tools
